Services

For individuals navigating pivotal life changes:

I am a supportive guide for children, teens and adults navigating change (family transitions, grief and loss, new schools, change in careers), dealing with questions around identity and self confidence, or moving through important life stages (marriage, divorce, relationship challenges, parenting, caring for elderly parents). Working together we can find your unique voice and draw on your inner strength so you can effectively and successfully navigate your way forward.

Educational professionals facing challenges:

As a life- long learner with decades of experience in educational settings, I have significant expertise working with teachers and educators. Some are seeking to positively address burnout and others want to understand how to establish professional and personal boundaries that allow them to honor not only their students and their work, but also themselves.

My office is conveniently located in the University District neighborhood of Seattle. I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions. Currently my hours of availability are Mondays and Wednesdays.

An initial 20-minute consultation call is free.

Subsequent therapy sessions, whether in-person or online, are billed at $200 per 50-minute session.

I am not contracted with any insurance companies but can provide you with an itemized invoice for third-party reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details about out-of-network benefits. Many clients also use FSA or HSA accounts to pay for medically necessary services like therapy.
